The K1 has tip-over protection, overheat protection and a cool-touch casing. If it is knocked over or overheats, it switches off automatically. As with any heater, keep it at least 1 metre from curtains, bedding and furniture.

UK fire-safety advice is to switch off portable heaters when you go out or go to sleep. Use the K1 to warm the bedroom before bed, then switch it off. Never leave any heater unattended for long periods.

No. The K1 is electric and burns no fuel, so it produces no carbon monoxide, flame or fumes.
